Job Description

As an Application Developer, you will participate in product development sessions with business owners, business analysts and team members to analyse business requirements and proposed solutions. A highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our Core Technology team and make a difference.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Candidate should have strong experience in Core Java and Advance Java design patterns.
  • Candidate should have strong experience in Advance Java frameworks – Spring, Hibernate, JSP, Servlet.
  • Min 1 year of design and development experience of Microservices.
  • Strong hands-on experience on Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot and several other Spring modules.
  • Good understanding of Maven, Docker & SVN is a must.
  • Front end technologies knowledge is required to communicate with the web development team. Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, JSON.
  • Collaborating with other teams. Excellent problem solving, debugging, design and debugging skills required.
  • Experience in API Design and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have Skills:
  • Experience with REST web services.
  • Exposure to working with responsive web applications
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • E-commerce domain knowledge will be an add-on.
  • Knowledge of Unit testing.
  • Experience in the cloud.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Tech Leads, Architects, Project Manager / Onsite Leads.
  • Work with the onsite team to understand client needs and articulate that through the requirement and functional specifications, and through design playback sessions.
  • Understand/apply reusable code design, leverage application architecture/framework capabilities and functionality, and design/develop solutions that are highly reliable, scalable, and perform to meet business-defined service levels.
  • Contribute to the technical code and design documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensuring quality solutions are built and tested.
  • Provide production support and issue triage for products.
