Job Description

Our Business Analysts are the translators of vision into actionable delivery at Sarvika. They
sit between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, ensuring clarity,
alignment, and shared understanding.

At Sarvika, BAs don’t just gather requirements — they shape them. They uncover
customer needs, map business processes, and ensure solutions are designed to deliver
measurable outcomes. By combining analysis with collaboration, they enable teams to
move faster, reduce cost per change, and ensure that what gets built truly adds value.
Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Business Analyst at Sarvika.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital product, software, or technology
    delivery contexts.
  • Strong ability to elicit, document, and communicate business and functional
    requirements.
  • Skilled in translating stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and
    backlog items.
  • Comfortable working in Agile and iterative delivery models.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate across business and technical
    teams.
  • A commitment to delivering customer and business value, not just requirements.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise-scale programmes, including headless, composable, or
    cloud-native projects.
  • Familiarity with backlog management and collaboration tools (e.g., task tracking,
    documentation, and communication platforms).
  • Understanding of design systems and front-end workflows, enabling closer
    collaboration with UX/UI and engineers.
  • Experience facilitating workshops: discovery, requirements gathering, and
    prioritisation.
  • Ability to model business processes and map them to technical solutions.
  • Skills in stakeholder management, from end-users through to C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and validation to support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of testing practices: supporting UAT, acceptance testing, and definition
    of done.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and clarify ambiguity in requirements.
  • Comfortable working across subscription-based delivery as well as fixed-scope
    Projects.
On any given day you might:
  • Run discovery sessions with business stakeholders to uncover needs and pain
    points.
  • Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for
    engineering teams.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements align with user journeys and
    experience goals.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to clarify technical feasibility and
    constraints.
  • Manage and refine backlogs, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned to business
    objectives.
  • Support delivery managers with RAID items, dependencies, and scope clarifications.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and business cases for executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate UAT or acceptance testing alongside product owners and QA.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguity
    during delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BA practices and frameworks within Sarvika
  • Experience in business analysis, ideally in digital product or software
    delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven experience working in Agile or Lean delivery teams.
  • Strong documentation skills: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process
    maps.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Solid remote team experience.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • (Bonus) Knowledge of eCommerce, headless, composable, or enterprise technology
    platforms.
